Emilios is a great local pizzeria near the Lake Nona/St. Cloud area. They have a wonderful wait staff and good food. We have eaten in on multiple occasions, gotten delivery once, and gotten take out a few times. Pizza- Emilio's good pizza. A good crusty crust, good sizes, and it's delicious. This isn't Papa John's or Pizza Hut. It's a good local pizza. Stromboli- we have had the Stromboli twice. It's a wonderful twist. It's like a rolled up pizza with the extras stuffed instead of as toppings. We had never had a Stromboli before and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Penne all a vodka- typically this is a meatless dish, but the staff was kind enough to add diced chicken to my order. It's definitely something I'll order again and again. Zepolle's- I enjoyed these fried garlicky pieces of dough. Absolutely amazing! And we tried the dessert version with chocolate and powdered sugar. YUM! These are a big reason we come back. So good. Overall a great restaurant for the area. We enjoy the food and the small restaurant feel. It's definitely cozy, but decorated nicely. Sometimes it's too busy for them to only have one server, but I enjoy supporting small businesses when they have great food. Emilio's definitely fits the bill!

I have ordered pizza before from Amelio's pizzeria and it's been great but today I ordered Stromboli lunch and to my dislike it was full of just cheese everything else was at minimal I mean very little peppers, pepperoni n sausage. They need to put in more of all the ingredients. Hope this doesn't happen again

This is the best pizza in the area. They deliver to my house in Kissimmee, but I would drive to pick it up if I had to because it is worth it.

I'm a huge fan of their pizza. It's definitely some of the best pizza I've had in the Central Florida area. I tried a salad one time because I'm on a diet for my wedding and it was pretty gross. The chicken tasted like it was cooked while it was still frozen. I called Emilios and Earnie gave me a credit for a future purchase. I won't hold it against them. They're a pizza spot not a salad spot. Will always order pizza here!

I ordered cheese pizza and chicken wings special for take out. I liked the quality and taste of both better than Papa Johns. Next time I will try a different pizza. I enjoyed and would go back to buy it

Ordered take out. Pizza and wings, food is excellent, however they need to work on there customer service. Acknowledging a customer with a simple " hello we will be right with you " goes a long way.

Yuck. Horrid wings. Bland pizza. Blah salad. Oh, and 70 minutes to deliver the cold food three miles down the street on a Wednesday evening.

Ordered a pizza and a large Caesar Salad. Got as styrofoam box with a few pieces of lettuce - no cheese, nothing. Was about 9.00. Total rip off. Pizza was so so.

What a disappointment. Dining is supposed to be a pleasant experience, whether you dine in or choose delivery. I can tell you that this place is not about customer service or giving their patrons a nice experience. We had a large pizza and pasta dinner with chicken delivered to our home recently. Have you ever re-heated chicken? You know that distinct taste and texture it gets? Well that's exactly what the pasta dinner with chicken tasted like. So, I decide to give them a call and politely let them know that I was really disappointed in the meal. I expected them to offer a refund or a credit that can be used at a future date. I was offered neither. They simply advised me that I could order the same meal next time I call them. So I asked (since I typically order only pizza from them) if I could have a credit towards a pizza. Without thought the manager on duty said "she can have a $5 credit towards pizza". Wow! I just paid you $15 for a dish that you used repurposed chicken for. It wasn't even fresh chicken! I'm disgusted and will never order from this place again. Ever. They've lost me as a customer for good.

I went to this restaurant several times. It was open for a short time and I think they already changed owners and the restaurant name. This location never seems to do very well.

Overall the experience was adequate. The end result (the pizza) is actually not too bad. The not so great, or possibly even horrible part, was ordering for delivery. It took about 10 minutes and the person on the other end was rude and, may I say it, stupid. They had trouble spelling "nona"... I had to give them my number not once, not twice, but 7 times. Each time he was able to get 1 more number (and I said it slowly). Delivery time was about right, although I don't need a call saying that you are on time... I think that if there was another pizza place in the area that delivered I would most likely go with them. It is just sad to see that I am out of work, could take an order in 2 minutes, and actually leave the customer happy. Instead this is what they get... Oh well.

I have yet to have a bad meal here. The service is great and the food is phenomenal. A must have is the homemade garlic bread. They bake the bread in-house. The garlic sauce they pour over it is so yummy. You really can't go wrong here.

Overall disappointment. Place is very small and waitress was unfriendly and looked questionable. She was bothered by having to wait on us, I think she was an owner. She was bitching out loud and we could hear her during our dinner. She looked like she came right off OBT. Their prices were so high for such a hole in the wall. All their chicken dishes were over $16 each. I asked if that was family style dining and she said no it's all authentic food but was only was piece of chicken. My fried ravioli appetizer came out and still had freezer burn, lol. What a joke. For this price I could have had fine dining somewhere.

I live in Mass. And was visiting family. Ordered takeout from here, after spelling the street we were on 6 times another person picked up the phone and took the order that was a waste of 5 mins. The order was chicken ciaccatore dinner, large cheese pizza and an order of cheese bread sticks. The delivery driver called 40 mins later confirming the address, 10 mins later called again for the gate code to the development, great Then we got the bill 45 bucks plus tip What the hell. Now for the worst part....the pizza tasted like Mama Celeste frozen pizza, the cheese bread sticks were delivered as garlic bread, even though we were charged for the breadsticks, My in law said the ciaccatore was good but not worth the price. Called back to complain they said quote....what do you want us to do.... Um bring me the breadsticks I paid for, their response 899. Plus delivery. Screw that. I have since found out that pizza in Florida is sketchy at best due to the water, or some such thing ok got it but man you can't disregard stupid and bad service. The above ramble not withstanding, my decision to move there means I will not order from there ever again, and I'll find another place. I see that there are several good reviews here, trust me they are old maybe the ownership changed but the newer reviews are accurate, avoid this for the sake of your taste buds and your wallet

On Friday night Jan. 23, 2015 my wife and I and another couple decided to try Emilio's for dinner. The place holds about 40 and we got the last table available. We were greeted by our server Kelsey in a timely fashion and she was very cheerful and funny. We ordered 2 sangria's, a bucket of beer (5), some wings and a large pizza. Our drinks arrived in a reasonable time and the food followed soon after. I have to say I did go on Yelp and read the reviews prior to going and did notice that some were not very good. However let me say the food was great wings were cooked perfectly not soggy the pizza was not greasy topping we ordered were tasty and the crust was perfect. We joked with our server Kelsey and she was very refreshing and perky considering how busy the restaurant was. I would say if you have not tried Emilio's do so you won't regret it. If you have been there in the past and didn't feel like it was up to your expectations go again for another try. You might be surprised to find they have really got down to business there. I have been in the restaurant business for 35 years and I would not hesitate to return. Thank you Emilio's and especially Kelsey for a wonderful meal and super service. We will return soon to try something else on the menu.

Emilio's is the latest concept to take over this space. It's about midway between the 417 and 192 on Narcoossee. It was Tomaselli's back in the day - about 7 or so years ago, and I think two other restaurants (all Italian) opened and closed in that spot since then. Emilio's continues on the Italian theme and they do it very well. They have the best lasagna I've had at any of the places, and their stuffed shells are great, too. The pizza is good as well, as evidenced by the number of take-out orders you see leaving while you're there dining. They have a robust menu - from pizza to salads to subs to traditional Italian dishes. Check out this great new place in an old familiar space!

Best pizza in the area! The pizza is always hot and fresh. I also love there spaghetti and meat balls! For us, the best part is that they deliver to Lake Nona!

We've been going to Emilio's for a couple months as a family of 8. Pizza was pretty good, but the service has gone down over time. They don't have enough servers to handle the dine-in guests and although she does her best, you still have to wait longer than usual. We usually call ahead to get our order going for when we dine in, but today the manager did not even want to take the order . "We'll take an order for carryout, but the server is too busy to take your meal order. Sorry, I have to go now, I have food to make"... When the manager is rude and doesn't care about customer service, I don't see it making it any further. Needless to say, they won't be getting our money any more. There are lots of other choices for pizza in the area.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.
